IT Application Consultant and Project Coordinator | Informatiker/in (Weiterbildung)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to serve as the central Single Point of Contact for application services, overseeing the full lifecycle of IT initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering customer requirements to define specifications for customized IT solutions, and subsequently planning, coordinating, and steering these projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic and timely planning, managing upgrades, expansions, consolidations, and decommissioning projects. A critical component of the job involves analyzing and resolving errors through the Incident Management process, ensuring overall quality via regular controls, documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to ISO 27001 guidelines and IT compliance standards. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or related field, fundamental experience in IT consulting, strong organizational skills, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
