This role is for a dedicated Payroll Manager to join an international metal company in the Oyten area, supported by BS Güthermann GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HR administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including contract and reference letter creation, and maintaining personnel files. A core part of the role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing monthly payrolls, serving as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding compensation and general HR inquiries.
