Job Summary

This role is for a Quality Manager to significantly enhance and manage the quality assurance processes for Converia's B2B SaaS product, which is undergoing a complete rebuild. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive quality and test management system, working closely with agile development teams in three-week sprints. Key responsibilities include defining test objectives, ensuring release quality through reviews and test plans, and proactively identifying and resolving errors using monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing or quality management within agile environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
