Job Summary
This role is ideal for a passionate Electrical Engineering Technician seeking direct contact with globally operating clients. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with international colleagues to resolve complex technical issues for customers, contributing directly to a sustainable future. Your primary responsibilities include serving as the central point of contact for international clients, including electrical installers and partners, handling technical inquiries related to PV systems, energy storage solutions, and wallboxes primarily via telephone and email in English. You will analyze technical requests, support customers with existing installations, and assist in the planning of new systems. Key requirements include a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, a strong interest in renewable energy, and solid proficiency in both German and English. This position offers the chance to represent the company at international trade fairs and utilize a solution-oriented approach in a dynamic, international environment.

Completed technical education (Apprenticeship or Higher Technical Institute equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
Experience
- Professional experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Experience providing technical analysis and problem resolution
