Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Senior/General Accountant to join a growing Shared Service Center in Frankfurt (Airport location). The core responsibilities involve taking charge of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB standards. You will manage general ledger accounting, fixed asset accounting, liquidity planning, and coordinate communications with internal facilities, external auditors, and tax advisors. You will also be responsible for processing payroll files, reconciling accounts, and managing payment releases. The position requires a completed commercial or tax-related apprenticeship (e.g., Office Clerk or Tax Specialist) and several years of professional experience in accounting. While knowledge of DATEV is a plus, the ability to work independently, manage payment transactions, and possess strong teamwork skills are essential.
