Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the secure digital future of Deutsche Bahn by leading the operations and development of the SIEM platform within the Security Operations Center (SOC). The coordinator is responsible for the secure operation, availability, and scalability of the platform, managing the SIEM Admins team, and coordinating the implementation of functional and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include systematically managing technical assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and IT/OT security strategies, and actively participating in creating and validating detection rules. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT security, experience coordinating technical teams, and deep knowledge of SIEM systems, network protocols, and threat modeling (like MITRE ATT&CK).
