Job Summary
This role involves managing the maintenance, optimization, and expansion of complex electrical and energy systems across the City of Gütersloh's portfolio of approximately 275 public buildings, including schools, fire stations, and administrative facilities. Key responsibilities include planning, tendering, and supervising construction projects (major repairs and new builds) covering all service phases (1-9) of the HOAI (Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Building Technology, or possesses a Master Electrician qualification, coupled with proven professional experience in relevant legal frameworks (VOB, DIN). Required Skills
Education
