Job Summary

This role is for a highly experienced Site Manager in Facility Management, tasked with leading operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of facility management projects, from initial calculation and contract negotiation to technical and commercial property management, billing, and warranty tracking. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project management for new installations, as well as the maintenance and modernization of existing facilities. The role also involves meticulous annual planning for personnel, revenue, profit, investments, and operational costs, alongside ensuring operational technical service and strict adherence to HSEQ guidelines. This position is ideal for a leader with a strong technical background and proven commercial acumen.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman or State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Supply Technology, or Refrigeration Technology. Further training as a Certified Specialist in Facility Management or a relevant university degree is advantageous.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or field
  • In-depth knowledge of technical trades (HVAC, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in leading and developing employees
  • Solid commercial knowledge
