Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to connect people and technology by ensuring seamless IT operations. The IT Supporter will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of software and servers, as well as the installation, replacement, and servicing of hardware. A key part of the role involves providing technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote maintenance, or on-site visits (1st and 2nd Level Support). Daily tasks include ensuring system availability, documenting incidents, and resolving disruptions, while also maintaining continuous communication with higher support levels, specialist departments, and service providers. Candidates should have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possess good knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments and M365, and have excellent German language skills.
