Job Summary

As a Compliance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the organization's adherence to legal and internal requirements by thoroughly investigating existing structures. Your day-to-day will involve continuous monitoring and review of internal compliance measures, identifying areas for improvement, and developing preventative strategies to avert compliance breaches. You will be responsible for building and continuously enhancing the Compliance Management System, actively participating in the design and implementation of new initiatives, and providing regular, detailed reports to directors.
