Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT Support Specialist eager to connect people and technology, contributing to complex development projects for renowned IT solution providers. The core responsibility involves providing comprehensive IT support across software, hardware, and media technology, ensuring rapid resolution and sustainable solutions for end-users. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software, peripherals (including printers), and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for implementing ordered technical changes and actively optimizing existing IT processes. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration and multi-year professional experience supporting environments that utilize core technologies like Microsoft Windows, Office, Active Directory, and various ticketing systems. Success in this position requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German.
