This Senior Project Manager role involves the central management and leadership of large-scale, highly complex projects within the Sales/Project Development department focusing on real estate, districts, and networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning internal and external resources, building and managing dedicated project teams, and preparing necessary approval documentation, some of which must be in English. A key aspect of the role is supporting the sales team by leading negotiations with project developers, investors, builders, and municipalities.
