Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Chemical Engineer focused on product development, specifically managing products from the initial concept phase through to series production. Key responsibilities include chemical oversight, technology scouting in explosive processing, and establishing expertise in mechanical process engineering. The engineer will design, plan, and execute trials for commissioning manufacturing plants, including organizing and evaluating results. A significant portion of the job involves project work, such as planning and leading obsolescence elimination projects, documenting progress, managing budgets, and reporting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, possesses fundamental knowledge in mechanical process engineering, and has experience analyzing and processing energetic materials. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective collaboration in international teams and client interactions.
