Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves the comprehensive management and administration of the city's municipal investments and participations within the Finance and Controlling Department. The officer will be responsible for processing external reports from these entities, conducting detailed qualitative balance sheet analyses, and performing profitability and economic efficiency assessments. A key task is the installation and continuous development of the participation controlling framework. Day-to-day duties also include project-related internal coordination, drafting consultation documents for key committees (HFA and Council), and preparing the mandatory annual municipal participation report. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling and Accounting, and demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and proficiency in standard MS Office programs. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, preferably specializing in Controlling and Accounting, or successful completion of the Career Examination for Administrative Service (LG 2.1)
