Job Summary

This role, based in Dortmund, Germany, seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join a strong team, initially through a temporary staffing arrangement leading to a permanent contract. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and maintaining both hardware and software systems. You will be instrumental in planning and implementing new IT devices and systems, integrating custom modules like macros and database queries, and providing essential Tier 1/Tier 2 support. A key component of the job is user consultation via hotline, troubleshooting complex issues, and training end-users on new applications. Candidates must possess a formal qualification in System Integration and 1-3 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong administrative skills in hardware and software environments and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
