Job Summary
As a Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the business around advanced robot systems, significantly steering and strengthening collaborations with key clients to achieve mutual success and further integrate technology with culinary arts. Your day-to-day will involve cultivating and expanding long-term customer relationships, identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize customer success. You will conduct regular meet-ups and feedback sessions to understand client needs, analyze requirements for continuous product optimization, and collaborate closely with internal departments like product development, support, and customer success to ensure the system consistently meets client demands. This role offers the chance to be a key contributor in a dynamic startup environment, merging cutting-edge technology with innovative gastronomy.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business, IT, or a similar field, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Comprehensive experience in Commercial Management, B2B Sales, and/or Key Account Management
- Relevant knowledge in Project Management and SaaS/HaaS sales (a plus)
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships
