Job Summary

This full-time role as IT Team Lead at the TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH involves the disciplinary and technical leadership of a five-person IT team. The primary mission is to expand and ensure the seamless operation of the entire IT infrastructure for employees, students, and clients. Key responsibilities include planning and administering complex IT, network, and server projects, supporting software rollouts and IT support, and managing media technology crucial for digital teaching operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for continuing and developing ISMS and ITSM frameworks. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with five years of experience in Server, Storage, and Networking (Microsoft/Linux), ideally with relevant certifications. Experience with information security standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU-AI Act) is essential, along with professional fluency in both German and English.
