Job Summary

This role involves taking on the technical leadership and coordination of a Service Desk team consisting of 10 to 12 employees for an established German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary technical contact for clients, managing operational resource utilization, coordinating and prioritizing team tasks, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The coordinator will also be hands-on, processing incidents within the ticketing system, performing error analysis, maintaining knowledge databases, and escalating complex issues to subsequent units. Key qualifications include completed IT vocational training and practical experience in First-Level Support/User Help Desk environments. The ideal candidate must be proficient with current Microsoft products, standard hardware, and remote tools, demonstrating strong organizational, documentation, and customer-oriented communication skills. This position offers a long-term perspective in Hamburg, attractive compensation up to €50,000 annually, and significant opportunities for professional development and training.

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in Service Desk or User Help Desk (UHD) in First-Level Support
  • Experience acting as a technical lead for a team of 10-12 employees

  • Experience in monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance
