Job Summary

This role involves taking system responsibility for the electrical commissioning and testing of complex systems within the shipbuilding industry, focusing specifically on power generation and auxiliary systems. Day-to-day tasks include leading and coordinating interdisciplinary internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to high quality standards. The Coordinator acts as the central technical interface, liaising closely with authorities, clients, and project partners. Key responsibilities also cover rigorous quality assurance through optimizing testing processes, performing detailed fault analysis to implement sustainable solutions, and verifying that all commissioning and test documentation complies with contractual agreements and technical specifications. The ideal candidate brings vocational training in electrics, several years of professional experience, and strong communication skills, supported by fluent German and good English proficiency, to manage test drives and ensure seamless technical documentation and reporting.
