Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Lower Saxony Public Transport Company (LNVG) by providing technical expertise in civil engineering, specifically focusing on public transportation infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting applicants on state funding programs for public transport (e.g., bus stops, P+R, B+R facilities), conducting technical reviews of funding applications, and assisting in the preparation of grant notices. A significant part of the job involves processing statements of expenditure, focusing on the technical and economic review of construction projects for road-bound public transport.
