Day-to-day activities involve creating and analyzing waste and recyclable material statistics, preparing reports for political committees, and providing consultation and oversight to commercial businesses. Furthermore, the role acts as the central point of contact for dual system operators, ensuring contractual compliance. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Required Skills

Education

Completed university of applied sciences degree or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences, ideally specializing in Waste and/or Resource Management, or a comparable field (e.g., Environmental Technology, Resource Management, Environmental Management, Waste Management, and Contaminated Sites).

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in material flow management, ideally with a municipal waste disposal company
  • Experience in customer consulting, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Initial experience using ERP systems
