This role involves the comprehensive management and execution of photovoltaic (PV) and heat pump projects for private customers, spanning from contract signing through to meter exchange. The Technical Project Manager is the central point of contact, responsible for the holistic coordination, planning, and control of all involved trades, including installation teams, grid operators, and internal interfaces. Key responsibilities include technical planning of PV systems, calculating material needs, estimating installation effort for efficiency, and ensuring installations comply with plans. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to troubleshoot issues during the construction process. This position is critical in ensuring a successful and positive customer experience while actively contributing to the energy transition in Germany.
