Job Summary

This role involves supporting the complex IT infrastructure of a leading international automotive supplier specializing in high-quality aluminum components for premium manufacturers. The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for the coordination and administration of network PCs, data locks, and user permissions across various systems. Key responsibilities include providing multi-level support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level) for general IT problems, focusing heavily on Microsoft Desktop and Server environments, as well as infrastructure management. A core component of the job is the administration of Windows, Linux, and Unix servers, including server virtualization, storage, and backup operations. The ideal candidate will also support Mobile Device Management (MDM) users and OEM portals, utilizing strong analytical skills to resolve IT disruptions efficiently and sustainably.
