Job Summary

This role involves joining the new Private Cloud Onboarding team, focusing on ensuring the successful implementation and use of container technology in the digitization projects of the Free State of Bavaria (E-Government). The specialist will primarily advise and guide internal teams and external customers on leveraging existing and new container services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on support, resolving customer issues in collaboration with technical teams, and actively contributing to the refinement of knowledge transfer materials and process design. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong technical understanding and practical experience in Container Technology, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Required qualifications include a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or completed IT vocational training combined with extensive professional experience and further IT specializations (e.g., DevOps and Service Management). Excellent communication skills and fluency in German are mandatory for effective customer interaction in this stable, future-oriented public sector role.
