Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Junior IT Support Specialist and Administrator to serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing essential First-Level Support to apprentices, teachers, and employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, overseeing Surface tablets utilized by apprentices, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. A significant component of the role involves supporting the implementation of a new training and further education system and assisting in the architectural design of the organization’s updated IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, paired with strong service and customer orientation. Success requires practical experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside foundational knowledge of server, database (SQL), and network administration.
