Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Validation and Qualification Engineer to drive technological advancements for leading clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. The core responsibilities involve managing the re- and new qualification of equipment and systems used in production, alongside the validation and optimization of complex manufacturing processes. A critical component of the job is ensuring full compliance by conducting thorough qualifications and maintaining rigorous GMP-compliant documentation. The engineer will also be responsible for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procedural instructions, as well as planning and executing key project milestones. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology) and demonstrate initial professional experience in qualification within the regulated chemical/pharma environment. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills and fluency in both German and English.
