Job Summary

This role focuses on the comprehensive lifecycle management of modern IT and communication (ITK) security systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and effective troubleshooting of complex ITK systems and their associated software applications. You will also be responsible for providing technical consultation to clients, identifying optimization opportunities, and conducting user training and system introductions. A key part of the role involves the autonomous execution of small projects, from initial planning through to successful implementation, alongside creating detailed technical documentation tailored to customer specifications. Candidates must possess a successfully completed technical vocational qualification in fields like Electrical Engineering or ICT, coupled with practical experience in ITK and network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching).
