A significant part of the job is dedicated to implementing robust IT security solutions within the transmission technology domain, developing security-compliant solution designs, and adhering to specific regulatory requirements, such as the Austrian NIS Law. The technician will also engage in project management activities, collaborating with internal IT departments and external vendors, and acting as a technical contact person for stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education in fields like Electronics or Network Technology, coupled with at least five years of relevant professional experience, and familiarity with technologies such as DWDM and MPLS.
