This role involves comprehensive, independent planning and project management for building automation and control systems (GA/MSR) within a general planning firm. The Specialist Planner/Project Manager will oversee all phases of a project, from initial concept development and feasibility studies (HOAI phases 1 and 2) through detailed design, tender preparation (phases 5 and 6), and active participation in the awarding process (phase 7). Key responsibilities include creating technical documentation, calculating construction costs, managing contract amendments, and acting as the primary technical contact for clients from the industrial, private, and public sectors. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant engineering degree or technical qualification, at least three years of professional experience in GA/MSR planning or execution, and strong knowledge of industry regulations (HOAI, VOB, VDE/DIN). Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in applying industry-specific regulations and installation guidelines for electrotechnical systems
  • Experience in managing project phases 1-7 according to HOAI (§ 55)
  • Experience in preparing and participating in the awarding process (Vergabeverfahren)
  • Experience in contract amendment management (Nachtragsmanagement)
