Job Summary

This role involves managing the continuous and highly available operation of the company's IT infrastructure across its European locations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The System Administrator will be responsible for the conception, implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the server and network infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, networking, and backup systems. Key duties also include applying updates, patches, security actions, conducting error analyses, and managing support tickets according to ITIL standards, often coordinating with external partners. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, substantial professional experience in IT infrastructure, and strong knowledge of network technologies. Experience with specific tools like Cisco-ISE, PaloAlto Firewalls, VMware, NetApp, and Veeam is highly desirable.
