Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Test System Engineer responsible for the critical modification, maintenance, and servicing of existing test systems. The position acts as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation and supporting complex calibration activities for sophisticated equipment. A significant component of the job involves the continuous development and standardization of hardware and software test systems across different locations. Furthermore, the engineer will be tasked with conducting and further developing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) procedures and supporting the acceptance process for systems delivered by external suppliers. Candidates must hold a completed university degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology. Required technical expertise includes professional experience in automation and test equipment construction, strong knowledge of optical measurement systems, database systems, object-oriented programming, and specific proficiency with National Instruments hardware and software tools like PXI, LabVIEW, and TestStand. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for this position.
