Job Summary

This role involves optimizing novel platforms for advanced brake control systems and driving the development of prototypes. The Development Engineer will translate complex market and customer requirements into robust technical solutions, focusing heavily on applying intricate software control functions, particularly for Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS). Daily tasks include meticulous calibration of functional and module groups with numerous interacting parameters, alongside rigorous testing and validation conducted with internal and external partners. A key aspect of the role is the continuous improvement of development tools and software application processes. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant engineering discipline (such as Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics), combined with specific knowledge of Control Engineering, Signal Processing, C programming, and tools like Matlab/Simulink or ASCET.
