Job Summary

As a Building Systems Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and safe operation of complex building infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include operating sophisticated supply and security systems within the central building control centers. A key focus will be identifying, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions across safety, electrical, fire, and general supply engineering installations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing all control parameters within the building automation systems, managing external service providers, and meticulously documenting all maintenance and repair activities. To succeed, you must possess vocational training as an MSR Technician or Electrician, coupled with strong expertise in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology. Experience with CAFM/TGA systems and energy/supply technology (HVAC) is highly advantageous.
