Job Summary

This role is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead, coordinate, and commission complex construction sites focused on railway energy supply systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial task of leading and planning the deployment of assembly teams, overseeing execution quality on-site, and performing specialized protection and functional testing up to 30 kV. The Site Manager is expected to be proficient in analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, ensuring rigorous quality assurance, and managing final acceptance procedures. A key component of the job involves maintaining close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Successful candidates must hold a degree or completed training in electrical or energy technology, possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrate expert knowledge of German industrial standards (VDE, VOB, HOAI). This permanent position requires extensive travel throughout Germany.
