Job Summary

This role is seeking a dedicated IT professional to serve as the primary In-house 1st and 2nd Level IT Support Specialist for an innovative partner company. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for all operational IT queries, providing hands-on and remote support for both hardware and software issues, and meticulously documenting all user requests within the ticketing system. Key tasks also involve managing employee accounts and permissions, setting up and dismantling IT hardware, and installing operating systems and software. Furthermore, the specialist will contribute to process analysis and optimization, and collaborate on planning and setting up new IT projects. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT, a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience. Essential technical knowledge includes standard Microsoft Windows and Office versions, Azure, SharePoint, current networking, and VPN technologies.
