Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing direct, on-site technical assistance for a range of IT issues. Your daily responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions efficiently, and collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations. You will also play a key role in documenting solutions and contributing to exciting IT projects and rollouts.
