This permanent W2 Professorship focuses on Integrated Product Development and Manufacturing Strategies at Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD). The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of education by operating and developing a manufacturing-focused Makerspace within the "Lernen im Makerspace (LiMa)" project. Daily tasks involve teaching Bachelor's and Master's courses, fulfilling a teaching quota in Maker Education, and building a robust research profile centered on the didactics of Makerspaces, technology, and innovation. Key requirements include an engineering doctorate, multiple years of professional experience in manufacturing technology or product development, and proven experience operating similar development environments.
