Job Summary

This role involves meticulous manual manufacturing processes within a 15-person team, focusing on the production of pharmaceutical goods, often related to anthroposophic medicine. Key daily tasks include the manual potentiation of solid and liquid substances, and the preparation and testing of intermediate products such as isotonic solutions, sugar syrups, decoctions, and infusions. A high degree of care, rhythm, and concentration is essential for success. The role requires rigorous documentation of all work steps, including SAP bookings, and close collaboration with colleagues and adjacent departments. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, PTA, CTA) or equivalent professional experience in manufacturing pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food. Experience in a cleanroom environment and excellent German language skills are mandatory, along with the readiness to work rotating shifted hours.
