This role seeks a dedicated Work Preparation Specialist for Technical Building Services (TGA), focusing primarily on Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS) projects at the Berlin location. The specialist will be responsible for the independent calculation, tendering, and awarding processes for HLS installations. Key daily tasks involve reviewing and optimizing technical plans, conducting quantity surveying, creating detailed bills of materials and service specifications, and evaluating subcontractor offers. You will also manage project scheduling and coordinate interfaces between various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, such as a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician in HLS, or a degree in Supply or Building Services Engineering, coupled with relevant professional experience in HLS planning or work preparation.
