Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Measurement Technician to join a general contractor specializing in sustainable, affordable housing projects across Germany, focusing specifically on the Berlin area. The core responsibility involves the independent and precise creation of measurements (Aufmaß) for technical building services (HVAC, plumbing, cooling, electrical) and other construction trades. Day-to-day tasks include calculating quantities based on these measurements, supporting the accurate billing of construction services according to contract specifications (VOB), and ensuring the overall quality and timeliness of documentation. Candidates must possess professional training in a relevant trade, ideally supplemented by further training as a Measurement Technician, coupled with several years of relevant experience. Furthermore, strong knowledge of VOB measurement and billing regulations is essential, alongside proficiency in MS Office applications.
