Job Summary

This role involves strengthening the position of the Sparkassen Financial Group in auto and consumer financing by providing specialized sales training. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting cross-regional "training-on-the-job" sessions focused on SKP products within cooperative savings banks. Key daily tasks include acting as the primary contact for operational sales inquiries, successfully implementing provided analyses and corresponding sales measures, and actively maintaining the professional network within the financial group. Candidates must possess a completed bank apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, significant professional experience in sales (including telephone sales) and as a trainer, along with deep product knowledge in private customer and consumer credit business, including relevant legal foundations. The position requires high flexibility and mobility, involving extensive travel (3-5 days per week) across the South Hesse region, making strong communication and excellent sales skills crucial for success.
