As a 1st Level IT Supporter, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing essential technical assistance to customers and internal teams. Your daily tasks will involve swiftly addressing IT questions, resolving software and hardware issues, and meticulously documenting support tickets. Complex problems will be escalated to the 2nd Level Support. This role requires strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure efficient and effective support via phone and in writing.
