This pivotal role as a Global MS&T Process Engineer focuses on ensuring efficient, high-quality production within the Fill & Finish domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting, optimizing, and implementing critical manufacturing processes, while simultaneously leading complex technology transfer activities and comparability assessments. A core function involves acting as the key interface between internal technical teams and manufacturing partners, ensuring all workflows adhere strictly to EU/US GMP guidelines and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading investigations, handling deviations (CAPA), contributing to process harmonization across sites, and developing robust risk management strategies. This position requires a strong background in Life Sciences or Engineering, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing, making it ideal for a strategic thinker committed to process robustness and compliance in a global setting.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred.
