Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the technical management and optimization of the entire plant infrastructure, focusing heavily on production systems during ongoing operations. The Head of Technology will plan, control, and supervise technical projects aimed at expanding, modernizing, or improving the efficiency of the production infrastructure. A key component of the job is developing and implementing sustainable maintenance strategies, ensuring the proper technical condition of all production and supply systems, and leading technical personnel deployment while adhering to budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) and brings at least five years of professional experience in technical maintenance and production plant optimization, preferably within the food or beverage industry. Success requires strong leadership, expertise in maintenance methodologies (like TPM/RCM), and proven success in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
