Job Summary

This dual-role position seeks an experienced professional to serve as both a Specialist Planner and Project Manager for high-end, future-oriented electrical engineering projects, often within the luxury segment. The role involves comprehensive planning, conceptualization, and realization of complex electrical systems in buildings, covering everything from energy supply and lighting to security technology. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed planning concepts, bills of materials, cost estimates, and tender documents, while ensuring strict adherence to relevant norms (e.g., DIN VDE, VOB). The successful candidate will manage project budgets, timelines, and quality, coordinate closely with architects, clients, and suppliers, and handle risk and resource management throughout the project lifecycle up to commissioning and acceptance. Required qualifications include a degree or equivalent training in Electrical or Building Technology and several years of professional experience in the field.
