Job Summary
This specialist role supports the IT team of a leading international e-commerce company, focusing on maintaining and optimizing global payment infrastructure. The Payment Operations Specialist will be responsible for the rigorous testing and monitoring of e-commerce payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies. A core function involves handling incoming support tickets related to online payments, customer payouts, and crucial fraud prevention measures. You will act as a vital link between the business and IT development teams, creating and managing development tickets and defining clear user stories for e-commerce checkout flows and internal payment systems. Furthermore, the role requires investigating and resolving complex payment-related issues in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Candidates must possess a degree in Technical or Business Informatics, initial professional experience in international payments (especially e-commerce), and fluency in English. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL is highly advantageous.
