Job Summary

This role involves the professional installation, maintenance, inspection, and dismantling of specialized air handling systems, primarily focusing on smoking cabins and air purifiers, within the customer service area. The Service Technician is crucial for ensuring the operational readiness of all QleanAir portfolio systems, providing technical support during service calls and managing exhibition stand setup and teardown. A key part of the role also includes managing the local warehouse and depot, overseeing material inventory and stock control, and documenting all service activities within the ERP system. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification (such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician), proven experience in field service, and the ability to work independently and customer-oriented. The position requires flexibility, extensive travel, and the willingness to stay overnight for urgent deployments across Germany.
