This full-time, permanent position seeks a dedicated professional responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of company facilities. Day-to-day duties involve monitoring systems, performing minor repairs, conducting independent renovation tasks including painting, and securing hazardous areas. The role requires regular site inspections and detailed documentation, alongside managing outdoor spaces, including green areas, gardens, and paved surfaces, as well as performing seasonal duties like winter services. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in a trade or industrial field, a highly independent and service-oriented work ethic, and strong reliability. The successful candidate must possess good written and spoken German skills and hold a Class B driver's license (Class BE is a plus).
