Job Summary

This permanent role seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to join the Service team in Groß-Gerau, Hessen, focusing on power generation equipment. The core responsibility involves executing complex diagnostics and repairs on diverse engine products, ensuring high service quality and operational excellence. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships through professional support, strictly adhering to documented repair times (SRTs), safety guidelines, and quality standards. A key aspect of this position is technical leadership, which involves coaching less experienced technicians, conducting product training, and proactively identifying new sales and service opportunities based on customer needs. Success requires a strong technical understanding of motor systems, including electrical and mechanical components, coupled with excellent communication skills and meticulous application of diagnostic tools for efficient troubleshooting.
