Job Summary
This role as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist involves providing efficient and effective technical assistance to customers facing issues with their IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls, emails, and tickets to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. You will be crucial in diagnosing underlying technical issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and supporting the installation and configuration of various software applications, including operating systems and Office programs. Furthermore, you will maintain up-to-date IT documentation, create instructional guides, and conduct product training for customers. To succeed, you must possess a completed IT qualification or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of IT technologies, operating systems, and networks, coupled with excellent communication and structured problem-solving skills.
